  1. Refund & Return Policy

All smoothies are freshly prepared using natural fruits, vegetables, and wholesome ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, traditional returns are not accepted.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photo of the product and your order confirmation.

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement smoothie (remake)
• Store credit for a future order
• A refund to the original payment method when appropriate

  1. No Refunds for Consumed Products

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for products that have been fully or significantly consumed.

  1. Customer Ordering Errors

Orders placed with incorrect selections, ingredient choices, or delivery information entered by the customer may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

  1. Weather & Temperature Disclaimer

Due to Texas weather conditions, smoothies may experience natural temperature changes during delivery. Positive Impact Smoothies is not responsible for melting or consistency changes after delivery has been completed.

For the best taste and nutritional experience, smoothies should be consumed as soon as possible after delivery.

  1. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, Positive Impact Smoothies is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or left outside for extended periods.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

In the rare event that an ingredient is unavailable, we may substitute a comparable ingredient of equal or greater quality in order to complete your order.
