In today’s video (click the word “video” to see it) I talk about a line in my daily devotional that stuck out to me. “Today is a good day to CHOOSE a good day.” Did you know that you can choose to have a good day?
If someone cuts you off in traffic, you can choose to have a good day. If someone cuts in line at the supermarket, you can choose to have a good day. When your children or spouse upset you, you can choose to have a good day. When your boss gives the position you worked for to someone else, yep you guessed it, you can still choose to have a good day.
This is not to say that you can’t feel disappointment or anger. But you can choose to feel these emotions for a limited amount of time and then continue on with a good day. This doesn’t happen over night but with practice and patience you’ll get there. I believe in you!!
I hope this motivation and inspiration is something for your situation to help free and relax your mind as if you are on a vacation.
