I’m a big advocate for “Facing Everything and Rising (F.E.A.R.)”. However, there will come a time (or two…lol) when you win some, you lose some. Sometimes we are faced with fears that we have to admit that we still need time to overcome them. Admitting them doesn’t make us weak. It’s the first step in the healing process. Now that you recognize that a fear is present you can come up with a plan to overcome it. Find books to read, Youtube videos to watch, talk to someone you trust or go to your local library.
As my wife always tells me, “It’s levels to this”! Be honest about your fears, create a plan to gain new knowledge and then take action. Take one day at a time if you need to. You got this! I believe in you!
I hope this motivation and inspiration is something for your situation to free and relax your mind as if you are on a vacation!
