Two Sundays ago my pastor read the quote below to us as a reminder to watch the words we say to ourselves. I added guard your heart to the quote because in order to watch our words we must guard out hearts. For it is what’s in our hearts that comes out of our mouths (Proverbs 4:23). I pray that you’ll be kind to yourself starting today! You deserve YOUR approval!
