Have you laughted today? Did you know that you can relieve stress and improve your immune system by laughing? Yes, the bible says that, “a joyful heart is good medicine” (Proverbs 17:22). And according to the Mayo Clinic’s website article titled, “Stress relief from laughter? It’s no joke“, laughter has many short term as well as long term effects including relieving pain, improving your immune system and relieving stress. Whether it’s a funny movie, a joke or a comedy show find something to laugh about. I am grateful for laughter!!
