Clear out the past – Looking in the rear view mirror at past mistakes for too long can produce fear, self condemnation and a feeling of being stuck.
Layout the present – Forgive yourself and decide to do things differently from now on. Allow the present you to implement something new that you can do each day until it becomes a habit.
Prepare for a much better and brighter future – Keep implementing new things and forming new habits until the past you no longer exist and your future will be much better and brighter!
