In today’s video (click the word “video” to see it), I noticed a couple different flowers during my morning walk. The Texas blue bonnet and another unknown (to me) yet equally as beautiful red/yellow flower. Though they are all in a field together, they all started from a seed, was planted and watered and now they are growing at different stages and phases. Despite their growth differences, they are all beautiful.
Just like the flowers I saw on my walk, we all started as a seed, was planted in our different environments and watered with experiences. We are all in this world together, yet we are all growing at different stages and ages in our lives. And despite our growth differences, we all have the potential to blossom into someone beautiful just like the flowers.
Do you see yourself as a beautiful flower? Are you giving yourself the grace to grow into your beauty? We are all masterpieces despite our past experiences. We are all growing at OUR pace. Not society’s pace and not the pace of others. You were created to run your own race. Learn what you can from others but commit to running your own race.
